Payment Terms

Strictly 28 days net from date of invoice on approved accounts only.

Pricing

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate at time of order.

Carriage

Carriage is charged as extra on all items.

24/48 Hour Delivery

A large proportion of the items listed on this site are held in stock. If an item is urgent please notify us at time of order.

Non-delivery and claims

Claims that goods are defective or incorrect must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Returns

No goods will be accepted back without prior authorisation.

A 30% handling fee will be levied for all unauthorised returns. If items require collection a further amount may be charged, to be agreed at time of arrangement. These terms are not applicable for genuine authorised returns.

Ownership

All goods will remain the property of Technical Surfaces Ltd until full payment has been received.

Payment

Approved accounts will be invoiced, otherwise payment by credit card or cheque. All cheques must be cleared prior to despatch of order.
